Roles and Responsibilities
Purpose: Job description is a part of the company quality policies and procedures. This standard defines the tasks and responsibilities for a position, in this instance of Lead - PMS
This standard is valid for all employees associated with this role.
The Lead PMS shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
(a) Assist the Head of HR in Performance Management System (PMS)
administration.
(b) Assist the Head of HR in goal setting of the organization and individual
employees.
(c) Administrate performance across the organization.
(d) Collate and prepare rating and PMS data for management review and
presentation.
(e) Coordinate with total reward team and support in issues or revised
